Nov 20, 2019· Thanks to Colin for presenting an interesting case of a man in his 70’s presenting with subacute suprapubic pain and intermittent gross hematuria found to have invasive bladder cancer. The patient was a non-smoker, raising a question about the base rate of bladder cancer in non-smokers. Further history revealed he had served in combat in Vietnam with extensive Agent Orange exposure.
